Job summary

Spectrum is recruiting a Store Lead in Casper to guide customers through Spectrum products, mentor store specialists, and contribute to sales success. You’ll influence the customer journey, support inventory and cash handling, and help achieve store performance goals.

The role requires English proficiency, 1–2 years in sales and customer service, and the ability to work a scheduled shift including overtime may be needed. This is a full-time, on-site position at Spectrum Casper.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of sales experience.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 35lbs.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with employees, customers and suppliers.
• Demonstrate self-motivation and a competitive drive to exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through Spectrum products and services to ensure a seamless experience from welcome to checkout.
• Apply sales strategies to identify opportunities and achieve sales goals.
• Educate customers and provide solutions tailored to their needs with Spectrum offerings.
• Support store leadership and team members with inventory control, cash management and handling escalations.
• Mentor Store Specialists by sharing sales expectations, tools and resources.
• Maintain store appearance according to planogram directives and accurately process payment transactions.
• Provide constructive feedback to store leadership regarding sales opportunities and operations.
