Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a Store Lead to guide customers through our product and service portfolio, mentor store specialists, and drive store performance. You will influence the customer journey from welcome to checkout and support leadership with daily operations.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of sales and customer service experience, strong English communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment. This full-time role requires flexibility for shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of sales experience and 1-2 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through Spectrum products and services from welcome to checkout.
• Apply sales strategies to identify opportunities and achieve goals.

• Support store leadership with inventory control, cash handling, and escalations.
• Mentor Store Specialists by sharing sales expectations and tools.
• Maintain store appearance per planogram and process payments accurately.
• Provide feedback to leadership on sales opportunities and operations.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Guide customers through Spectrum products and services to ensure a seamless experience from welcome to checkout
• Apply sales strategies to identify opportunities and achieve sales goals
• Educate customers and provide solutions tailored to their needs with comprehensive knowledge of Spectrum offerings
• Support store leadership and team members by assisting with inventory control, cash management and handling escalations
• Mentor Store Specialists by sharing sales expectations, tools and resources
• Maintain store appearance according to planogram directives and accurately process payment transactions
• Provide constructive feedback to store leadership regarding sales opportunities and operations

Required Qualifications

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of sales experience
• 1-2 years of customer service experience

• Stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 35 lbs
