Job summary

Kolache Factory is seeking dependable Bakers in Indianapolis, IN to join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will bake fresh kolaches and pastries, prepare fillings and beverages, and provide exceptional guest service.

We value reliability, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask. Prior baking or food service experience is a plus, and we offer training, growth opportunities, and a supportive team atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake fresh kolaches, pastries, and other bakery items following company recipes and standards.
• Prepare fillings, glazes, coffee, and other products for daily service.
• Maintain product quality, freshness, and presentation throughout the day.
• Greet every guest with a friendly smile and provide excellent customer service.
• Accurately take customer orders, operate the register, and handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Restock products and supplies as needed.
• Keep the bakery, kitchen, dining room, and workstations clean, organized, and sanitary.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Work as part of a team to ensure every customer has a great experience.

We’re looking for dependable, energetic Bakers who take pride in preparing great food and delivering exceptional customer service.

As a Baker, you’ll do much more than bake. You’ll help prepare our fresh, made-from-scratch kolaches, provide outstanding service to our guests, and work alongside a supportive team to create an exceptional experience every day.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and bake fresh kolaches, pastries, and other bakery items following company recipes and standards.

Schedule Requirements

• Early morning availability (starting as early as 3:00 AM)
• Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday)
• Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available
