Job summary

Kolache Factory in Katy, TX is seeking bakery team members to prepare kolaches, pastries, and related items while greeting guests and handling orders. You will keep stations clean and polished, follow recipes, and maintain quality throughout service.

Expect early starts (as early as 3:00 AM) with weekend availability, paid training, and opportunities to grow within a family-owned company that has served communities for over 40 years across 60 locations nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake kolaches, pastries, and other bakery items following company recipes and standards.
• Prepare fillings, glazes, coffee, and other products for daily service.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and bake fresh kolaches, pastries, and other bakery items following company recipes and standards.
• Prepare fillings, glazes, coffee, and other products for daily service.
• Maintain product quality, freshness, and presentation throughout the day.
• Greet every guest with a friendly smile and provide excellent customer service.
• Accurately take customer orders, operate the register, and handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Restock products and supplies as needed.
• Keep the bakery, kitchen, dining room, and workstations clean, organized, and sanitary.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Work as part of a team to ensure every customer has a great experience.
