Kolache Factory in Indianapolis is seeking dependable Bakers to join a fast-paced, team-oriented team. You will help prepare fresh, made-from-scratch kolaches, provide great guest service, and work with a supportive crew to create an exceptional experience daily.

Early mornings start around 3:00 AM with weekend availability; we offer full-time and part-time opportunities, training, and growth within a family-owned company that has served communities for over 40 years across 60 locations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake fresh kolaches, pastries, and other bakery items following company recipes and standards.
• Prepare fillings, glazes, coffee, and other products for daily service.
• Maintain product quality, freshness, and presentation throughout the day.
• Greet every guest with a friendly smile and provide excellent customer service.
• Accurately take customer orders, operate the register, and handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Restock products and supplies as needed.
• Keep the bakery, kitchen, dining room, and workstations clean, organized, and sanitary.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Work as part of a team to ensure every customer has a great experience.

We're looking for dependable, energetic Bakers who take pride in preparing great food and delivering exceptional customer service.

As a Baker, you'll do much more than bake. You'll help prepare our fresh, made-from-scratch kolaches, provide outstanding service to our guests, and work alongside a supportive team to create an exceptional experience every day.

What You'll Do

Schedule Requirements

• Early morning availability (starting as early as 3:00 AM)
• Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday)
