Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of sales experience.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Basic math proficiency.
• Ability to work scheduled shift hours and overtime as needed.
• Stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with employees, customers and suppliers in person, by phone and in writing.
• Demonstrate self-motivation and a competitive drive to exceed sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through Spectrum products and services from welcome to checkout.
• Apply sales strategies to identify opportunities and achieve sales goals.
• Educate customers with knowledge of Spectrum offerings and solutions.
• Support store leadership with inventory control, cash handling and escalations.
• Mentor Store Specialists by sharing sales expectations, tools and resources.
• Maintain store appearance per planogram and process payments accurately.
• Provide feedback to leadership on sales opportunities and operations.
