Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Space Planning Designer to own core layout design and project execution for remodels, strategic initiatives, new formats, operational needs and customer experience goals.

You will analyze space productivity and store performance, develop preliminary and final layouts, maintain CAD standards, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, customer-focused environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of space planning experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with CAD standards and layout documentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary design owner for remodels, initiatives and special projects.
• Develop preliminary and final store layouts aligned with merchandising and field requirements.
• Complete LCR requests while balancing core project priorities.
• Analyze sales, space productivity and store performance to support layout decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align layouts with requirements.
• Maintain CAD standards, file accuracy and layout documentation.
• Identify risks and propose process refinements when appropriate.
