Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Space Planning Designer to own core layout design and project execution for remodels, strategic initiatives, new formats, operational needs and customer experience goals.

You will analyze space productivity and store performance, develop preliminary and final layouts, maintain CAD standards, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient, customer-focused environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of space planning experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience with CAD standards and layout documentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary design owner for remodels, initiatives and special projects.
• Develop preliminary and final store layouts aligned with merchandising and field requirements.
• Complete LCR requests while balancing core project priorities.

Position Summary

Own core layout design and project execution for remodels, strategic initiatives, new formats, operational execution needs, assigned LCR requests, and customer experience goals.

Core Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary design owner for assigned remodels, initiatives, concepts, and special projects
• Develop preliminary and final store layouts that align with merchandising, operational, and field requirements
• Complete assigned LCR requests while balancing core project priorities
• Analyze sales, space productivity, store performance, and related data to support design decisions and layout recommendations
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align layouts with merchandising, operational, and field requirements
• Maintain CAD standards, file accuracy, and required layout documentation
• Identify execution risks, clarify assumptions, and recommend process refinements when appropriate

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of space planning experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft word and AutoCad systems

Education

• Bachelor's or equivalent work experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
