Job summary

Dollar Tree in Lithia Springs, GA is seeking a part-time store associate to provide friendly customer service, help customers locate products, and process sales at the register. You will assist with merchandise replenishment, inventory control, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Responsibilities include supporting deliveries, stocking shelves, and helping the Store Manager with daily operations while opening/closing duties when needed. Flexible schedule required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or grocery experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection and location.
• Complete sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Maintain inventory levels and stock shelves.
• Support deliveries and replenishment and keep store clean and organized.
• Assist Store Manager with daily activities and operational duties.
• Open or close the store in absence of management and safeguard assets.
