You will own the customer experience, execute sales duties, and build relationships to grow the business. You will also unpack stock, maintain a clean and inviting store, and assist with new hire training.

• Own the customer experience – greet customers warmly and thank every visitor.
• Perform all duties of a sales associate and help achieve sales targets.
• Develop relationships to grow the business and promote products.
• Highlight product knowledge to create an engaging shopping experience.
• Open and close the store and support daily operations.
• Unpack and display stock, maintain a clean and visually appealing store.
• Assist with new hire training and onboarding.
• Be available for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
