Dry Goods, Inc. is seeking a Dry Goods Keyholder to support the management team with store operations and to deliver one-of-a-kind service through relationship building, product knowledge, and keeping the store visually engaging.

You will own the customer experience, greet every guest, perform sales duties, unpack stock, open and close the store, assist with new hire training, and work day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience – greet people sincerely, be friendly and thank every customer
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals
• Develop relationships to grow your business
• Highlight product knowledge and services to create the best customer experience
• Unpack and display stock
• Maintain a visually appealing and clean store
• Assist with new hire training
• Open and close the store for business
• Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
