Job summary

Dry Goods, Inc. is seeking a Keyholder to support store operations and deliver one‑of‑a‑kind service by building relationships, sharing product knowledge, and presenting a clean, exciting store.

You’ll own the customer experience, greet customers, and work toward sales goals while developing relationships to grow the business. You’ll unpack stock, keep the store visually appealing, and help train new hires.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to meet individual sales and account goals.
• Willingness to develop relationships with customers.
• Experience in retail operations and opening/closing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience from greeting to farewell.
• Execute duties of a sales associate and meet sales goals.
• Develop relationships to grow the business.
• Highlight product knowledge to create the best customer experience.
• Unpack and display stock.
• Maintain a visually appealing and clean store.
• Assist with new hire training.
• Open and close the store.
• Be available for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
