Job summary

Dry Goods USA in Sioux Falls is seeking a dedicated Dry Goods Keyholder to support store operations and management. You will deliver exceptional customer service, share product knowledge, and keep the store inviting and organized.

You will greet customers, help achieve sales goals, train new hires, and manage opening/closing duties. Shifts include day, evening, and weekends in a full‑time role at our fashion‑forward shop.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience – greet people sincerely, be friendly and thank every customer
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals
• Develop relationships to grow your business
• Highlight product knowledge and services to create the best customer experience
• Unpack and display stock
• Maintain a visually appealing and clean store
• Assist with new hire training
• Open and close the store for business
• Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
