Job summary

Wolverine Worldwide Inc. is seeking an engaging retail team member to support store operations and deliver exceptional service. You will help with opening/closing, cash handling, merchandising, and maintaining a clean store while upholding brand standards.

You should have prior retail and customer-facing experience, be flexible with schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and demonstrate a passion for our brands and their lifestyles.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated retail sales success.
• Experience in a customer-facing role; supervisory experience is optional.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support the store management team in opening/closing, cash-handling, stock control, merchandising and maintaining a clean, well-presented store.
• Act as a role model with a positive attitude and product knowledge.
• Create memorable experiences for customers through authentic service.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs by supporting local marketing efforts and acting as an ambassador.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
• Maintain compliance with policies including health and safety and inventory control.
• Own stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines to support store KPIs.
