Job summary

SNIPES is seeking a 3rd Key to help manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. You will oversee opening/closing procedures and handle administrative tasks to keep daily operations smooth.

You will lead a sales-driven team, execute promotions with proper signing, maintain visual merchandising, and ensure safety, security, and cleanliness across the store. This role requires strong communication and initiative.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Communication and organizational skills.
• Strong drive to achieve results.
• Takes initiative and has problem solving skills.
• Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift.
• Lifting between 15-30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Open and close procedures and administrative tasks when the store is managed by the 3rd key.
• Demonstrate leadership in driving sales and profitability by achieving or exceeding goals.
• Assist Store Manager/Assistant Manager with communicating store goals to maximize staff contributions.
• Effectively set up sales/promotions with proper signing in a timely manner.
• Assist in directing and maintaining merchandise presentation according to Visual Merchandising standards.
• Enforce security policies and procedures.
• Ensure safety of associates and report dangerous situations to management.
• Process register functions and ensure procedures are followed.
• Ensure store meets company standards for cleanliness on sales floor and stockroom.
• Communicate policy changes to staff and ensure correct implementation.
