Job summary

SNIPES is seeking a 3rd Key to manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. You will oversee opening/closing procedures and handle various administrative tasks to keep the store running smoothly.

You will also lead by example, ensuring promotions are executed, merchandise is presented properly, and safety policies are followed. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Communication and organizational skills.
• Strong drive to achieve results.
• Takes initiative and has problem solving skills.
• Candidate will be required to stand for long periods of time throughout their shift.
• Lifting between 15-30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate timely execution and compliance of floor set guides and promotions.
• Lead in driving sales and profitability by achieving or exceeding store goals.
• Assist Store Manager/Assistant Manager with communicating store goals and directives to maximize team impact.
• Set up sales/promotions with proper signing in a timely manner.
• Assist in directing and maintaining merchandise presentation according to Visual Merchandising standards and floor set.
• Train and enforce security policies and procedures.
• Ensure safety of associates by identifying dangerous situations and reporting them.
• Process register functions and ensure proper execution of processes across shifts.
• Work with Store Manager to ensure store meets Company standards for cleanliness on sales floor and stockroom.
• Communicate changes in store policies to staff and ensure implementation.
