Tapco Pneumatics Pvt Ltd is seeking a responsible Store Keeper Civil for a construction project site. The role oversees managing construction materials, maintaining inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring timely receipt and issue of materials at the project site.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in civil construction, a Diploma or Degree (preferred), and familiarity with MS Excel/Word for documentation and reporting.

Formación

• Experience in civil construction materials handling and storage.
• Proficient in maintaining stock registers and inventory records.
• Familiar with purchase orders, challans, invoices, GRNs, and requisition procedures.
• Basic computer skills with MS Excel and MS Word.

Responsabilidades

• Handle materials such as cement, steel, sand, aggregates, bricks, blocks, plumbing materials, electrical materials, and other construction supplies.
• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, delivery challans, invoices, and approved specifications.
• Inspect the quantity and visible condition of materials received and report discrepancies or damages.
• Maintain accurate stock registers, material inward and outward registers, and daily inventory records.
• Prepare Material Receipt Notes (MRNs), Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), and Material Issue Slips as required.
• Issue materials to site engineers and authorized personnel based on approved material requisitions.
• Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile actual stock with recorded inventory.
• Track material consumption and report excess usage, shortages, wastage, and damaged stock to the project manager.
• Ensure the store area is clean, organized, and compliant with site safety requirements.

The candidate will be responsible for managing construction materials, maintaining inventory records, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring the timely receipt and issue of materials at the project site. The ideal candidate should have experience handling civil construction materials, maintaining accurate documentation, and coordinating with purchase, accounts, and site teams.

Educational Qualification and Experience

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Diploma or Degree is preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Store Keeper or Site Store In-Charge in civil construction.
• Experience handling construction materials at building, residential, commercial, or infrastructure project sites is preferred.
• Practical knowledge of stock management, material receipt and issue, and physical inventory verification is required.
