Job summary

Talentify is hiring a Storekeeper to manage the receipt, storage, issuing, and movement of materials for manufacturing operations. You will ensure accurate inventory control, safe handling, and timely delivery to support production.

The role uses forklifts and other equipment, following safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include verifying incoming materials, stocking, picking, shipping, and performing inventory transactions in the warehouse system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in warehouse, storekeeping, logistics, or manufacturing preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts, sideloaders, stackers, and related equipment.
• Basic computer skills and inventory management system experience.
• Ability to read shipping documents and inventory records.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery documentation.
• Store materials in designated warehouse locations following inventory management procedures.
• Pick, stage, and issue materials, components, and finished goods according to production and customer requirements.
• Operate forklifts, sideloaders, stackers, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trucks while ensuring proper handling of materials to prevent damage.
• Transport materials between warehouse, production, and shipping areas.
• Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate records in warehouse management systems
• Monitor stock levels and report inventory discrepancies or shortages.
• Ensure materials are properly labeled, identified, and stored.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment following 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Follow all SLB safety policies, procedures, and quality requirements.
• Assist with packaging, shipping, and receiving activities as required.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse and logistics operations.
