Job summary

Aeropostale is seeking a Store Analyst to support the execution of financial plans by reviewing store opportunities and strategically allocating product. You will work with merchants, planners and field teams to ensure the right mix, depth and breadth of inventory at store level, including travel as needed.

Responsibilities include managing store inventory, fashion flows, transfers, weekly reviews, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required (4+ years).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for inventory and allocation.
• Experience with store level planning and replenishment is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, for reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store level inventory plan and alpha group.
• Execute fashion flows, replenishment, and transfers to maximize sales.
• Analyze weeks on hand and weeks of supply; manage ownership balance.
• Collaborate with DC partners to ensure smooth stock flow.
• Review product performance by style, region, and store.
• Prepare reports and present findings to leadership.
