Qualifications

• Associates/2 Year degree required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; strong analytical skills.
• Experience translating customer insights into business opportunities.
• Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Proven collaborative mindset with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Innovation Team’s vision and strategy by developing a roadmap of transformational innovation.
• Develop deep understanding of customer needs, competitors, and supplier landscape to build a robust pipeline.
• Research and interpret latest trends to improve customer experience or simplify operations.
• Work cross-functionally with merchandising, operations, marketing, digital/IT, etc.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align on innovation objectives.
• Develop end-to-end processes for platform tests and accelerate innovation testing.
• Prepare presentations for senior leadership on plans, progress and results.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor test outcomes.
