Responsibilities

• Support the Store Innovation Team’s vision and strategy with a roadmap of transformational innovation.
• Develop understanding of customer needs and supplier landscape to build a robust innovation pipeline.
• Research trends to improve customer experience or simplify operations.
• Work cross-functionally; build relationships with merchandising, operations, marketing, and IT.
• Partner with teams to align on innovation objectives and accelerate tests.
• Prepare leadership presentations on plans, progress, and results.
