This role requires strong leadership, ability to manage store performance, and focus on delivering a high-quality shopping experience. The ideal candidate has retail management experience, is safety-conscious, and can oversee promotions and loyalty programs while maintaining high store standards.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Ability to oversee merchandising and marketing programs.
• Proficient in using store reports and P&L to drive decisions.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and multi-task.
