The Store-in-Store Manager plays a vital role in the Retail Team, responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within Store-in-Store partner locations. They lead a team of Mobile Experts, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a high-traffic, evolving environment, focusing on building customer relationships through meaningful interactions, educating customers, and exceeding performance goals.

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $62,400 - $112,600, including incentives. Base Pay Range: $46,800 - $84,450. Actual pay varies based on location, experience, and qualifications.
