Job Overview

The Store-in-Store Manager is a key member of the Retail Team, responsible for bringing the T-Mobile brand to life within Store-in-Store partner locations. They lead a team of Mobile Experts, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. The role requires a passion for the connected world, thriving in a high-traffic environment with evolving technology, customer needs, and retail experiences. The manager guides the sales team to build and deepen customer relationships through meaningful interactions, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while achieving performance goals.

Job Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Infuse passion for customer service in Mobile Experts, conduct observations and provide feedback, manage customer flow, stay current on products and promotions, create best practices, coach team members, ensure store knowledge, manage expenses, and oversee overall store operations.
  • Sales and Customer Engagement: Engage proactively with customers, educate about products and services, leverage digital tools, identify customer needs, and build a sales funnel. On-site engagement is required.
  • Account Partnership: Build strong relationships with Store-in-Store partner leadership and sales teams to drive success and referrals.
Education and Work Experience
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • 2-4 years management experience in retail sales
  • 2-4 years sales and sales management experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Effective communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Store management and operations
  • Customer service excellence
Licenses and Certifications
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $62,400 - $112,600, including incentives. Base Pay Range: $46,800 - $84,450. Actual pay varies based on location, qualifications, and experience. For specific pay ranges based on location, click here.

Employees in retail roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
