Festival Foods in Madison, WI is seeking an HR Manager to lead all HR functions at the store level, delivering strategic people initiatives to drive engagement, retention, and a best-in-class workforce. You will partner with store leadership and the Support Office on recruitment, employee relations, development, and total rewards, ensuring compliant payroll and timely timecard processing.

The role requires data-driven decision making, strong communication, and the ability to build relationships

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Human Resources or Operations Management experience of at least 2 years is required.
• SHRM-CP/PHR is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment at the store, including postings, sourcing, interviewing, offers and new hire orientation.
• Counsel leaders on employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary actions with support office guidance.
• Manage weekly payroll processing, timecard edits, and maintain compliant payroll records on-site.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations; promote a respectful, inclusive workplace.
