Job summary

Qualifications

• Be trustworthy with confidentiality and able to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer HR procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Plan, assist, and execute the recruitment process, interviews, hiring, and onboarding.
• Maintain personnel records, including postings and documentation for audits and compliance.
• Submit weekly reports and store correspondence to corporate including I-9s for follow-through.
