Job summary

Connected Cannabis Co. is seeking a Store Host in Sacramento to welcome customers, check IDs, and ensure a safe retail environment. This part-time role may require weekend shifts and a willingness to assist with safety escorts and incident reporting as needed.

You will work closely with Store Management and Security to maintain compliance and provide high-level customer service in a fast-paced cannabis retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Part-time schedule with potential for hours based on business needs, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be available to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
• Shift times vary between 8am–10pm.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform duties for the duration of shift.
• Must pass ID checks and maintain a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Create a customer friendly environment by greeting and welcoming customers and vendors in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Assist in de-escalating situations and coordinate with Management and Security as needed.
• Grant and/or deny access to the facility by checking IDs and ensuring legal age.
• Provide safety escort of employees and customers to and from vehicles as needed.
• Support visitors with accessibility and safety requirements.
• Observe and report suspicious activities to Management or Security.
• Assist in incident reporting with Security and Management as needed.
