Job summary

Connected Cannabis Co. in Sacramento is seeking a part-time Store Host to manage entry access, greet customers, and maintain a safe, welcoming store environment. The role involves de-escalating situations, coordinating with Security and Management, and aiding with escorts and visitor check-ins.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Part-time schedule with availability at hire, include weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create a customer friendly environment by greeting and welcoming customers and vendors.
• Assist in de-escalating situations and coordinate with Management and Security as needed.
• Grant or deny access by checking IDs to ensure legal age.
• Provide safety escorts to employees and customers as required.
• Assist disabled or handicapped customers as needed.
• Observe and report suspicious or unlawful activities to Management or Security.
• Check in delivery vendors and direct them as needed.
• Ensure visitors sign into the visitor log per State regulations.
