Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers and vendors
• De-escalate unhappy customers and coordinate with Management and Security
• Grant or deny access by checking government IDs and age
• Provide safety escorts to employees and customers
• Assist with incident reports and observe for suspicious activity
• Check in delivery vendors and direct them as needed
• Ensure visitors sign in per State Regulatory Compliance
