You will oversee P&L, asset protection, inventory control and customer care, while developing staff and ensuring adherence to policies. Salary ranges from $55,000 to $115,000 annually, plus incentive pay and opportunities for bonus. The role emphasizes leadership, customer service, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage store to achieve planned growth and profit goals.
• Accurately report financial measures and transactions.
• Manage inventory to ensure adequate merchandise availability.
• Complete Quality Control Calls within 1 business day of delivery on new leases.
• Protect store assets and reconcile inventories weekly.
• Maintain company vehicles within safe operating standards.
• Ensure accurate and timely bank deposits.
• Authorize returns with focus on customer relationship and ownership.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop store associates.
• Schedule associate coverage to meet published hours.
• Close lease agreements with emphasis on customer service and long-term relationships.
• Manage renewal activity to safeguard revenue.
