Job summary

Faherty Brand is seeking a senior store leader in California to partner with the leadership team to drive execution of company standards across People, Sales, Visual Merchandising and Operations. You’ll lead with a hands-on approach, coach a high-performing team, ensure a positive guest experience, and uphold Faherty’s values every day.

You’ll leverage omnichannel know-how, manage store operations, maximize sales, and represent the brand with passion in a fast-growing direct-to-consumer

Qualifications

• Multiple years of leadership experience in hi-growth direct-to-consumer retail brands.
• Omnichannel awareness and ability to lead a team to provide a seamless customer experience between retail stores and ecommerce platforms.
• Adept with technology and apps, including Google Suites and MS Office, and familiar with industry-related blogs and feeds.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate across a multitude of channels.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop a team and drive performance within a retail business.

Responsibilities

• Create a store environment embodying our core value of Spreading Good Vibes.
• Process in-store sales, returns and exchanges.
• Drive Guest Capture & Retention through personalized client outreach and events.
• Analyze key business metrics to identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Utilize business tools and market insight to drive results across Sales, Visual Merchandising and Operations.
• Manage Cash Management procedures and store operations with accuracy.
• Prepare store and team for monthly store assessments and open communication with Store Leader.
• Drive Visual Standards and maintain organized salesfloor and stock levels.
• Motivate and inspire the team; recognize performance and foster a positive atmosphere.
