Job summary

Just Pots is seeking an experienced, customer-focused leader to launch and manage our Carrollton location, overseeing daily operations, sales growth, and team development for both retail and wholesale channels.

You will build relationships, drive merchandising and inventory controls, and partner with leadership on marketing initiatives while delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in retail, wholesale, sales, operations, or business management.
• Proven success leading teams and achieving sales goals.
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing inventory, merchandising, and daily operations.
• Experience developing customer accounts and long-term relationships.
• Proficient in data analysis and business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Carrollton location.
• Drive growth across retail and wholesale sales channels.
• Build and maintain customer relationships that drive loyalty, repeat business, referrals, and long-term growth.
• Identify opportunities to grow wholesale accounts and partnerships.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members to achieve sales and service goals.
• Create a positive, customer-focused culture that promotes accountability, teamwork, and performance.
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability and operational effectiveness.
• Oversee merchandising, product presentation, and overall showroom appearance.
• Manage inventory levels, product availability, receiving, transfers, and special orders.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, customer billing, and required documentation.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and visually appealing store, yard, and outdoor display areas.
• Collaborate with leadership on marketing initiatives, promotions, and business development opportunities.
• Stay informed of market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
