Job summary

Domino’s is seeking a General Manager to oversee the daily operations of a single store in a fast-paced environment. You will lead operations, ensure food safety, drive profitability, and maintain an inclusive and engaged team culture.

The role requires 1+ year GM experience, strong cost management skills, and the ability to recruit, train, and retain staff while delivering excellent customer service. A valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record preferred.
