Job summary

Domino’s General Manager in Glendora, NJ oversees daily store operations, leads the team, and ensures excellent customer service, food quality, and efficient delivery. This role handles staffing, training, scheduling, inventory, and financial performance while upholding company standards.

You will recruit and develop staff, create schedules to control labor costs, monitor sales and costs, manage inventory and cash handling, ensure food safety, and drive store profitability.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Understanding of scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and cost control.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and assistant managers.
• Create schedules that support business needs and control labor costs.
• Oversee food preparation, order accuracy, delivery operations, and customer service.
• Monitor sales, food costs, labor, and overall store profitability.
• Manage inventory, product ordering, portion control, and waste.
• Maintain accurate cash handling, deposits, and store records.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and applicable employment requirements.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and properly functioning equipment.
