Responsibilities

• Responsible for complete and total management of the Jersey Mike’s store/operation.
• Oversee store sales, volume, quality of service, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage profit margin and create employee schedules.
• Place inventory orders and lead employee training.
• Participate in management team meetings and strategy sessions.
