Candidates should have at least one year of GM experience in a fast-paced service setting, with strong cost management and team development skills. A valid driver’s license and 18+ age are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of GM experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS).
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities
