Job summary

Domino’s is seeking a General Manager to oversee the daily operations of a single store in Houston. You will provide leadership, drive profitability, ensure food safety, and foster an inclusive, engaged team environment.

Responsibilities include leading internal operations, recruiting and developing staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service and safety using POS/ATS systems. Full-time role with medical, dental, vision, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

Minimum of one year of General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment.
Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities.
Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.
Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS).
Valid driver’s license with safe driving record preferred.
