Qualifications

• One year of prior General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Ability to navigate and optimize core operations procedures and cost management.
• Experience recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Strong customer service skills and guest experience focus.
• Proficient in operating and troubleshooting technology (POS, ATS, etc.).
• Driver’s license with safe driving record preferred.
