Domino's Corporate in Houston, TX is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily operations of a single Domino’s store. You’ll lead the team, ensure food safety, achieve profitability, and deliver excellent customer service.

This role requires at least one year of GM experience in a fast-paced service environment, strong cost management, recruiting and development skills, and the ability to work with POS/ATS technology.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record preferred.
