Andy’s Frozen Custard is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee all store operations at our Edmond, OK location. You will lead front-of-house staff, ensure a clean, welcoming environment, and provide high-quality custard and service.

Qualifications

• Must have 1-2 years of proven management experience in the food service industry or leadership role in a related industry
• This is an extremely "hands on" position, so must be able to physically work all shifts up front taking care of our guests and staff
• Must be friendly, enthusiastic, and full of energy
• Must lead by example and uphold high standards of operation in a fast‑paced environment
• Must be a leader that helps their team grow through constant coaching and feedback
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Must be able to work full‑time and have open availability, including late nights, weekends and some holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Solid employment track record with positive references
