Leslie’s is seeking a General Manager for a store in Fort Worth, TX. You will oversee the store’s performance, ensure top-notch customer service, and drive sales while managing payroll and expenses.

You will recruit, train, and develop team members, execute company programs, and uphold merchandising standards. Base compensation ranges from $42,500 to $45,500, with pay determined by education, experience, and market alignment.

Qualifications

• Completion of GMIT and Talent Platform training.
• Ability to be placed in the succession program.
• Excellent communication skills and computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales budget.
• Meet or exceed EBITDA/SOC goal and labor rate targets.
• Meet or exceed gross margin budget for the fiscal year.
• Meet or exceed APC goal and drive customer count growth.
• Achieve Mystery Shop score of 95% or higher.
