Responsibilities

• Meets budgeted sales targets.
• Sets and meets controllable cost targets.
• Develops and executes a local store marketing plan to promote Wendy's in the community.
• Responds to competitor activities aimed at diverting store business.
• Develops and executes plans to improve sales and profits.
• Sets store budget goals monthly and communicates variances to the District Manager.
• Hires, trains and terminates subordinate managers; maintains bench strength.

Education
