Job summary

Responsibilities

• Meet budgeted sales targets and develop local marketing plans.
• Set and manage monthly store budgets and communicate variances.
• Ensure staffing levels and bench strength in management.
• Train staff to deliver quality product and customer courtesy.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety, and resolve customer complaints within 24 hours.
• Lead training for new products and standards.
• Monitor inventory, labor, and food cost using store systems.
