Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous guest service and resolve guest issues.
• Oversee budgeting, sales forecasts, and P/L performance.
• Maintain store facilities, equipment, and safety compliance.
• Supervise training, scheduling, performance reviews, and coaching of teammates.
• Open/close the store and manage daily operational paperwork.
