Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous guest service, resolve guest problems and complaints.
• Maintain inventory control and knowledge of cost of goods, turn ratio, and receiving.
• Oversee budgeting, sales forecasts, and P/L performance; influence factors affecting sales.
• Maintain facility and equipment, including HVAC, lighting, and safety systems.
• Coordinate training and supervision of teammates, including scheduling and performance reviews.
• Ensure safety, security, and environmental compliance across store operations.
