Qualifications

• Provide prompt guest service, resolve guest problems and complaints.
• Maintain inventory control with knowledge of cost of goods and ordering.
• Budgeting, sales forecasting and P/L awareness for store performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and training to teammates, including scheduling and coaching.
• Oversee attendance, safety and uniform standards for store personnel.
• Lead staff meetings and supervise store operations including opening/closing.
• Monitor labor and conduct performance management and appraisals.
• Coordinate employment advertising, interviews and hiring.
• Maintain cash controls and coordinate with Loss Prevention.
• Troubleshoot and coordinate ongoing maintenance of the POS system.
