Responsibilities

• Manage store to achieve planned growth and profit.
• Report financial measures and transactions accurately.
• Control inventory to ensure product availability.
• Ensure Quality Control Calls on new lease agreements within 1 business day.
• Protect store assets and reconcile inventories weekly.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance and safe operations.
• Execute customer service programs and company policies.
• Recruit, hire, and develop store team.
• Schedule staff to meet operating hours.
• Close lease agreements with a focus on service and ownership.
