Fourteen Foods Career Center in Ridgeland, MS seeks a Dairy Queen General Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and ensure profitability. You will recruit, train, coach, and retain a top-performing team while upholding brand standards and policy compliance.

This salaried role expects ~50 hours/week and requires strong leadership, P&L experience, a high school diploma, and ServSafe/food handler credentials where applicable. Benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years previous experience as a restaurant general manager or similar role in food service leadership.
• Experience managing P&L, inventory, labor and scheduling.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).
• Flexible availability based on business demands, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to ensure the restaurant operates per policies and standards.
• Maximize sales and profitability through systems and processes that ensure quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, develop, and retain a best-in-class team of Smile Servers.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and company values.
