Job summary

Domino's Pizza in Spring, TX is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily operations of a single store, lead teams, ensure food safety, profitability, and a welcoming work environment.

The role requires at least 1 year GM experience in a fast-paced service setting, strong cost management, recruiting and development of staff, customer service excellence, and proficiency with POS systems; a valid driver's license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.).
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record preferred.
