Domino’s Pizza is seeking a General Manager to lead a single Domino’s store in Texas. You will oversee daily operations, ensure safety standards and profitability, and drive guest satisfaction through strong team leadership and efficient store processes.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year GM experience in fast-paced service, strong cost management skills, and the ability to recruit and develop staff while maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced service environment.
• Strong cost management and operational oversight.
• Experience recruiting, retaining and developing staff.
• Ability to lead team and enforce food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot store technology (POS, ATS, etc.).
• Driver’s license with safe driving record preferred.
